Two lovely double rooms available in a friendly, sociable flatshare between Brixton and Clapham! Great location (10 mins approx to both Brixton and Clapham North stations), large shared garden and free gym access.

Two of us are moving out to find somewhere a little smaller, so we're looking for two great people to take our rooms in our flatshare in SW4!

The flat is just off Ferndale Road, around a 10-minute walk from both Brixton and Clapham North stations, with great transport links.

Who you’ll be living with
You'll be sharing with Hannah (civil servant) and Victoria (software developer), two lovely girls in their mid-to-late twenties who are both working professionals.

It's a really friendly and sociable flat where everyone gets along well and enjoys a catch-up, but equally has their own friends and social lives outside of the flat. It's a nice balance of spending time together and having your own space.

The girls split time between WFH & the office, so would like whoever moves in to do the same.

They're ideally looking for two individuals rather than friends moving in together 😊

Bills
Bills are around £110 per person per month (although these can increase during winter). We use Splitwise to keep track of everything and split bills equally between the four of us.

Dates
The tenancy takeover date for both rooms is Wednesday 25 November, but there's flexibility on when you actually move in – you'd just need to take over the contract and start paying rent from this date.
