The landlady is a professional easy going black lady and lives at the premises.

I am looking for a responsible adult who is ready to share, be civil and be mindful and respectful of our neighbours.
You should have a good attitude towards others and be grown up enough to mind your own life.
I am very private and normally I don’t interfere in people’s affairs but I acknowledge and respect people around me. I’m looking for someone with similar values.
We will be sharing the bathroom, toilet and kitchen.

Normally no one is at home because we are out at work or doing something outside. With 4 of us living at this flat there is privacy and you will find yourself alone peacefully enjoying the flat most of the time.

The flat is in a very central location within walking distance to 3 underground stations – Vauxhall - Oval - Stockwell and bus stops are close by.
Suitable for Carers, Nurses and Hospitality Workers because of the easy commute to central London for work.
