Our much loved flatmate Isla is moving out, so we are now looking for another to join our flat family.

The flat has 4 bedrooms across two levels, with two bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and underfloor heating throughout. We also have an amazing balcony with rooftop views off one bedroom which we enjoy in the summer.

The room comes furnished with a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk, and drawers. You will be sharing an internal bathroom with one of the guys.

A bit about us! We are an english/canadian mix aged 27-34. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household. Victoria works in publishing, Alex works in the civil service and Max is a physiotherapist. We have hybrid work schedules but the house is on the smaller side so wouldn’t suit someone that works from home full time. We enjoy each other’s company and do the occasional flat meal, but equally have our own things going on.

Queenstown Road - 10min walk
Clapham Common - 15min walk
Bus stops - 3 min walk

Walking distance to Clapham Common, Battersea Park and Battersea Powerstation. Lots of local pubs and cafes, gyms and big supermarkets no farther than a 10 min bus.

Deposit: £700

The tenancy agents will carry out a credit and right to rent check and a minimum annual salary of £25k is also required.

We are looking at doing viewings week commencing 4th May, and may run in to the following week dependent on schedules.
