About me, I’m a social, open-minded and respectful guy who sees the flat as a sanctuary and place to work. Would like to meet a likeminded flatmate who values friendliness and a tidy and peaceful home environment. We also use a cleaning rota for household chores, which is non-negotiable.

As a professional pianist, I have a grand piano in the lounge with students visiting for 8–10 hrs a week on weekday evenings / weekends. I’ve copied my teaching schedule below for details. I also practice around 20 hrs a week during the day and at times in the evening, and would mostly like this as private time in the lounge.

To cover my extra use of the lounge, I’d cover an extra £200/month in rent, and could provide you with my teaching / practice schedule. I also have headphones and will try to be as accommodating as possible!

The piano is quietly audible from the room, though I play silently with headphones in the early morning / late evening.
