I’m looking for professional, sociable and house-proud housemates who want somewhere genuinely nice to live, friendly enough to share a drink or dinner occasionally, but equally respectful of each other’s space.

The flat is around 990 sq ft, with large shared living space, a comfortable modern interior and just three people sharing in total.

The current flatmate is a 39-year-old female and works in media. Jay is warm, fun and great to live with. She loves to cook and bake for the flat.
