We are two looking for a third as our flatmate is leaving for a singing tour. We are looking for a third to join our small place we call home. I am the landlord and work for the national lottery and Shane works for the BBC.

We both work Monday to Friday. I tend to work mainly from a home desk, and Shane 4 days from office. Easy going and pretty chilled out.

We have a cool and cosy 3 bed place with 2 toilets (one with a power shower) and a small balcony overlooking lots of greenery.

It would be great to find a great new flatmate who is considerate and mainly works from office most days or from the desk in their room if working from home.

We have a funky barista style coffee machine, a new dual Airfryer, a washing machine and fast internet. Large tele, Netflix, Apple TV, paramount , surround sound, DVD, etc and plenty of lamps to keep it cosy. (Subscription are mine and I’m happy for anyone to use at home whilst I have them).

We get the sun (when it’s sunny) pretty much all day , morning to midday on one side of the flat and from midday till it sets in the lounge too, so super bright and airy. And the balcony facing the sunset direction.

Looking for someone to shift in in oct or sooner viewings preferably after work or weekends is manageable too.

The flat is 5-7 mins walk from Stockwell tube station, (northern line and Victoria line) 10 min from Brixton. Zone two. Lots of food/bar/ markets options near by.

The room has a king size bed, orthopaedic mattress, lots of light, blackout curtains, a study desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of draws, mirror, bedside lamp, duvet, pillows, rug.

We have fast WiFi, (upto 500mbps). All bills included (gas, elec, water, council tax, tv license,)
