It’s a 10 minute walk from Oval - Northern line, as well as a 20 minute walk from Stockwell - Victoria line. Great residential area next to SPAR, park around the corner and short walk to gym/shops. House itself has large open kitchen/living room that opens to nice bbq/backyard area. 3 bathrooms.
