I am a live-out landlord looking for someone to round out the space in my house off Ladbroke Grove. At present the house is occupied by 3 professional females.

The current tenants have all been in the house for multiple years, so the place has a good community feel and a settled, homey vibe which ideally I'd like to continue.

I have a furnished room available for SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. NO COUPLES.

The house is located a 6 min walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station, 10 mins walk from the shops, bars & pubs of Portobello Road/Westbourne Grove, 12-15 mins walk from Notting Hill Gate, and a quick tube ride to Shepherds Bush.

The room is bright and airy, has wooden floors, large double wardrobe, dresser and desk, as well as a double bed with memory foam mattress.

The house has front & back patios (with a BBQ), a large eat-in-kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine, and a living room.

The house is located in Kensington & Chelsea should you wish to apply for a residents parking permit. Pay & display is also available. Sky wifi/cable are fully connected.

There is a Virgin Active 5 mins walk away, a leisure centre literally next door, and a Sainsbury's megastore a 10 min bus ride away. There are 2 mini supermarkets within walking distance (Tesco & Sainsburys).

Rent will include bills, and be payable first week of every month.
