The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, single bed, chest of drawers and shelves + optional desk.
The property has a well equipped kitchen (2 ovens, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge and separate freezer), large living room with two tables and 2 couches, rear garden and private parking space. In the house we have a staffy that live in one of our tenant room. Very well behaved and super friendly.

The area is a quiet neighbourhood, the tube station is 3 minutes away (Central line, 25 minutes from Oxford Circus), shops reachable with a 3 minutes walk (Iceland, Lidle, pharmacies, fast foods), Westfield shopping centre is 2 stops away by tube.
As for the current residents, you will share the house with 3 professionals, all friendly and respectful of each others' privacy.

Only people willing to respect a weekly cleaning schedule.
