The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, small double bed and desk.
The property has a well equipped kitchen (2 ovens, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge and separate freezer), large living room with two tables and couches, rear garden with shed and private parking space. In the house we have a staffy that live in one of our tenant room. Very well behaved and super friendly.

The area is a quiet neighbourhood, the tube station is 3 minutes away (Central line, 25 minutes from Oxford Circus), shops reachable with a 3 minutes walk (Iceland, Lidle, pharmacies, beauty saloon, fast foods), Westfield shopping centre is 2 stops away by tube.
As for the current residents, you will share the house with 3 professionals, all friendly and respectful of each others' privacy.

Only people willing to respect a weekly cleaning schedule.
