We have a gorgeous, spacious and light-filled double bedroom available in our welcoming family home in the heart of Askew Village, West London.

The bedroom is on its own floor, offering a wonderful sense of privacy. It's beautifully furnished, with a comfortable double bed, generous built-in wardrobes, a desk for working from home and your own large private bathroom, complete with a bath and shower.

The house itself is bright, airy and relaxed, with a large open-plan kitchen and living area, huge bi-fold doors opening onto the garden and plenty of space to feel at home.

We're just off Askew Road, with its lovely cafés, independent shops, pubs and restaurants right on our doorstep. Stamford Brook Underground station is approximately 5–10 minutes' walk away, with Hammersmith, Chiswick and Shepherd's Bush all close by.

A little about us

We're a friendly, sociable family with three school-age children, looking for a considerate, independent housemate who would appreciate a warm and comfortable home rather than a conventional flatshare.

There's always life in the house, but equally, we respect everyone's space and privacy.

You're very welcome to join us for a Sunday roast, enjoy the garden or simply retreat upstairs and have your own space whenever you wish.

Our previous lodger lived with us very happily for 18 months, and we'd love to find someone who feels just as much at home here.
