Room in Barons Court / West Ken flatshare

We've got two rooms available in our 3-bed flatshare. Both West Kensington and Barons Court tube stations are about a 7-minute walk away, giving fantastic access to most of London. Additionally our road doesn’t get much traffic, so the peace and quiet (by London standards!) is most welcome.

Room 1 is available is for £1,700 p/m inc. all bills. It has a king size storage bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and an additional free-standing wardrobe, so plenty of storage space! You'll have your own ensuite bathroom, with bathtub and shower. Short-lets considered at £1,800 p/m.

Room 2 is available for £1,300 p/m inc. all bills. It has a double sofa bed and a large desk, with built in wardrobe, window seat and bookcase. You'd be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. Short lets considered at £1,350 p/m.

The flat is on the first floor, in a gorgeous red brick mansion block with high ceilings and lots of light. We have a spacious living room with a large corner sofa and a wall mounted TV, high-speed wifi, and a well-equipped kitchen with dining table. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen too.

Existing flatmates:

I’m 37 years old, work in the fund management industry and am opening a restaurant. I love music, reading, good food and wine, and socialising with friends. I enjoy a game of tennis after work and am often away playing golf at weekends. I also speak French.

Alexandra is 24 and works in business intelligence. She's sociable and fun, bakes excellent brownies, and enjoys a trip to the countryside at the weekend. She's also fluent in Swedish.

We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, and whilst we enjoy having a chat, cooking and socialising together, we're also respectful of each other's space.
