Room in Barons Court / West Ken flatshare

We've got a room available in our 3-bed flatshare. Both West Kensington and Barons Court tube stations are about a 7-minute walk away, giving fantastic access to most of London. Additionally our road doesn’t get much traffic, so the peace and quiet (by London standards!) is most welcome.

The room available is for £1,300 p/m inc. all bills. It has a double sofa bed, which is very comfortable with a mattress topper (provided). There is a large desk, built in wardrobe and window seat.

The flat is on the first floor, in a gorgeous red brick mansion block with high ceilings and lots of light. We have a spacious living room with a large corner sofa and a wall mounted TV, high-speed wifi, and a well-equipped kitchen with dining table. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen too.

You would share the main bathroom (modern, with a walk-in waterfall shower) with one other person (Alexandra).

Existing flatmates:

I’m 37 years old, work in the fund management industry and am opening a restaurant. I love music, reading, good food and wine, and socialising with friends. I enjoy a game of tennis after work and am often away playing golf at weekends. I also speak French.

Alexandra is 24 and works in business intelligence. She's sociable and fun, bakes excellent brownies, and enjoys a trip to the countryside at the weekend. She's also fluent in Swedish

We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, and whilst we enjoy having a chat, cooking and socialising together, we're also respectful of each other's space.
