Description
The room is available from now for a video or in-person viewing.
I am a friendly, energetic professional Australian expat, non-smoker, female looking for similar to share a great 2-bed flat in Shepherd's Bush/Brook Green (Zone 2).
Flat features include very fast optic fibre internet, Washing machine and full kitchen (with microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, soda stream etc). Please note there is no TV.
Bills included are (broadband, gas and electricity, water).
Shepherd's Bush is ideal for London living; Close to the Tube (5mins to the Central Line, 10 mins to Hammersmith Piccadilly Line and Goldhawk Road Stations, H&C Line), 5 mins to Shepherd’s Bush Overground, & buses to central London. Westfield London is at your door step. Walking distance to Hammersmith, Kensington Olympia and High Street Kensington making it ideal for anyone working in the area.
For outdoor/culture enthusiasts, the Thames River Path, Holland Park and Kyoto Gardens and Kensington Gardens are nearby.
It’s located in a nice neighbourhood facing onto a quiet, leafy road. Because it’s a first floor flat, you’ll have plenty of privacy for those mornings/days (no judgement here :)) that you want to spend in your PJs.
This is very homely, bright and comfortable flat on the first floor with high ceilings (Victorian flat conversion). It’s nice and airy and keeps cool in summer and warm in winter. New paints and carpets replaced in Dec 2023.
In the private small double room you will find a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and a ceiling clothes airer sharing with one other. You will also have access to a half a hallway cupboard outside your room.
This would be perfect for someone new to London and needing a safe place to live whilst finding something a bit more long-term or someone on a short term visit/student placement/secondment/contract (imperial college etc.).
I work full-time Mon-fri 9-5pm (often longer) in the NHS. I love to cook, travel and spend a lot of time exercising so you may often find the flat to yourself. I am quiet and respectful.
It's not really suitable for someone who works from home as the space is small and there is no separate living/dining area.
If this sounds like the place for you or you would like further information please don't hesitate to get in touch.
I am happy to arrange a video tour of the flat too for those abroad.
Monday-Friday only would be considered with a slight reduction in rent.
