The flat is a 5 – 10 minute walk from Bond Street, 10 minutes to Baker Street, and about 20 minutes to Oxford Circus. You can easily walk to Regents Park in 10 minutes and have immediate access to the shops, bars, and restaurants of Marylebone High Street.

I am the owner, female, 40's, and I am a professional and do not work from home. I am open to a tenant who works sometimes from home but is not a permanent home worker. I am seeking a professional who wants a lovely, clean, stable base in central London.
