A double bedroom available in our flatshare just 8 minutes walk from Shepherds Bush or Goldhawk road tube stations, 13 minutes walk from Hammersmith.
It’s a 3 bedroom flat on 2 floors with a large kitchen, small living room, 2 toilets, bathroom and a kitchen.
You will be sharing with 2 girls in their 30s, both professionals and we are looking for someone similar.
The room is available from 20th September until the end of October (potential extension if our lease gets renewed)
The rent is £860/month, plus bills (July I paid £122) and deposit is £200 paid upfront.
