1 Single Bedroom in a big house with a garden!

As the room is very small (but cosy!) we are looking for someone who wouldn't be here much, such as working in london a few nights a week or so. We all use the shared space a lot to cook / watch tv ect & the room is so small there’s only so much time you can spend in there.

We are looking for new housemates who are respectful of others, clean and easy going. The current dynamic works really well, so I want people who are easy to live with / no drama! It is currently a very calm space, and we all keep the shared spaces clean, don't leave the sink full of dirty dishes, take it in turns to empty the rubbish etc.

This definitely isn’t a party house, so I’m looking for people who are similar ages/ interests. I value & respect our privacy, as London can be overwhelming at times and there are definitely times when I feel I need some alone time to reset!

The bills total to around £120 per month currently. This includes wifi, energy, water (meter) and council tax. We are council band F. We use Splitwise to track the bills and tend to take on a bill each so it’s not all one person.

The boring but essential stuff -

You must be available to pay rent from the 1st December onwards and you can move in anytime from this date. 

1 months deposit is required which is paid directly to the landlords into the protected scheme.
1 months notice is required to both the landlord & existing tenants when moving out & the bills are payable until your move out date. So all in all, pretty standard stuff.
