The house has been well looked after. There is a huge sized living room with great 3D 60 INCH SMART TV, free WiFi , house has alarm system( which you will feel safe and sleep comfortably), bills included, great fully fitted kitchen/dining room and a very nice bathroom! The garden is private and catches the sun for a good part of the day, there is a large table and chairs and a BBQ.
You would be sharing with me a 34 year old professional I sometimes work pretty un-sociable hours (early riser) and enjoy relaxing in the flat in the evenings. I enjoy cooking, travelling and am relatively good at socialising.
