Large room in W9 available in August

I am going away last week of August for a few months. so looking for someone to take over my room during that period (am not an agent). It's spacious and quiet whilst located in a great area near Maida vale and Notting hill. Plenty of restaurants, shops markets and a big 24 hours supermarket.

Very fast internet is provided, washing machine, shower and two separate toilets.

You won't find a better price/location/comfort for this price and in this location.

Am reluctant to rent but I don't want to be behind on my rent when I come back from my break.

Ideally want to rent it for the whole period am away so around 3-5 months possibly more.

NOTE: ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE DATES I MENTIONED so not long term.
