I have a room in Westbound Park (W9 3NA) for £650 a month all inclusive of bills wifi etc.

It's a 3 bedroom flat to share with professional Male 35, work in media and another tenant who is hardly there, fo flat is quiet and tidy most of the time.

Has two toilets and one bathroom with bath tub. One of the bathroom needs a bit of aesthetic work which I will carry out in the next month or so but is perfectly usable. There is a second toilet as well.

I want someone quiet and tidy, non-smokers/drinkers. But you can smoke outside the flat if you wish to.

Room is available from the 1st Feb 2026.. I will upload more updated pictures of the room/flat if needed.

The location is ideal as we are right on the high street with all shops and amenities close by and very good transportation.
