Beautiful Mews House, HUGE Double Room Available

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our home in February 2021. The very large 4 bedroom London townhouse located in a beautiful Mews in between Westbourne Park, Warwick Avenue and Royal Oak (5-10 minute walk to all stations).

The house is very close to Little Venice, Notting Hill and Portobello Road, Paddington and Bayswater. We are also very close to lot of supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's) and cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance.

We have a lot of gyms and fitness centres close by (1Rebel, Virgin Active, Nuffield Health, EveryoneActive, Barry's Bootcamp, Paddington Rec, Harbour Club). Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are a 15 minute walk away.

The double bedroom is furnished with with a double bed, a wardrobe and two double chest of drawers. There is plenty of room to add a desk if you are WFH during COVID.

The house comprised of 4 floors; a living room and guest bathroom on the ground floor, a very large kitchen in the basement, two double bedrooms on the first floor with a shared bathroom, and two double bedrooms on the second floor with a shared bathroom. The house is extremely spacious and there is a lot of natural light in the living room and all of the bedrooms.

About us:
We are professionals working in science, finance and education. We love keeping active, (hopefully soon) seeing friends in the evenings and weekends but also like to spend time at home working or relaxing and having a glass of wine and trying out new recipes.

What we are looking for:
A professional who is clean, tidy, easy-going, responsible and respectful of everyone in the house and everyone's working hours.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept couples.

Rent is £905 a month and bills are roughly £90 a month. All in would be £995 per month.

Bills include: gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet.

Deposit is £1,045.
