Room available in Maida Vale, just 2 minutes walk from tube and buses going directly to central London. The area is very well connected and central, just a short walk to Little Venice and with easy access to other major London locations: Regent's Park, Paddington, Portobello Rd, Oxford St., just to name a few.
Double room for single use only with a french bed available and waiting for the perfect match!
£641 per month; Shared Gas and electricity bills to be paid monthly. The rent includes: water, council tax and broadband.

Weekly 3H cleaner for a weekly cost of £45.00, to be shared
All the bills are equally shared amongst the flatmates.
NOTE: Despite weekly cleaner, we also clean after ourselves!
The communal areas are kitchen and bathrooms, to be shared with 2 others. I am one of the two and I lived in the flat for the last 15 years!
I am Italian, professional working in corporate
The other flatmate is Colombian in his 30s, working in the creative industry and with a great passion for all plants.
The flat is very clean and tidy at all times; we are friendly and organized and we respect each other spaces.

This is not a household for parties, dramas and Bulls***!
We are seeking for a responsible, friendly, respectful, tranquil, Professional only flatmate. NO couples, NO agencies, NO smoking. Only people with a positive and helpful attitude please!

The contract requires 1 month deposit and it will be signed with the landlords, who are also the owners of the flat; No Agencies are involved in this!
The Landlords are Truly exquisite and wish there were more like them in London!
