Amazing double bedroom in Queens park

Fantastic double room in Queens Park. Located just 15 minutes by tube from Baker Street, we are offering a double room in a shared flat. This flat has a cozy living room with an open kitchen, three double rooms ( each room is located into a different floor ) and two bathrooms ( you will be therefore share the bathroom with just 1 person ). The neighbourhood is very quiet, and by 5 minutes walking you can shop at the major supermarkets and cafes. The house is currently occupied by a 23 yo italian girl who is currently studying and working and Luca a 16 yo boy who is working as well.
They both speak spanish english and italian.
We are looking for a quiet, very tide and clean person.
