Carlton Gate is a modern, very well managed and quiet development.
My wife and I used to live in this flat for a year, and prior to that a 2 bed flat in a white stucco fronted building in Little Venice. We actually preferred this flat: concrete floors = peace and privacy! Plus the Harbour Club (posh David Lloyd) is next door to the development.
The flat has two good size bedrooms, that both open onto a small terrace, which has nice views through the development.
There is a good modern kitchen, a bar height dining table for up to 4 and a small sofa area.
The room has a king size bed with a medium tension Vispring mattress. The room has a built in wardrobe plus a matching sideboard and console table. Or we can move one item of furniture out if a desk is preferred.
The bathroom is high spec and includes a washing machine in the cupboard under the basin.
The current tenant Anna is super nice, considerate and easy going.
All bills covered by the landlord, including fibre broadband (Hyperoptic), except the Council Tax which the tenants need to register and pay themselves, which is approximately £50 each per month.
We had three people seeing and wanting the room within 24 hours last time round! The room is available from 1st February.
