Hello potential flat mate. We have a wonderful double bed room available in our flat. My house mate is fortunate to be moving to a rent free property in London (very lucky her) so after 2 years I am now looking for a wonderful flat mate.
A little about me, I'm an executive chef. I work quite a lot so the house would be free most days and evenings. I keep the apartment clean and tidy. I'm considerate, I enjoy hanging out with my house mates and also like my own space. Before moving here I lived with the same 2 housemates for 8 years. I enjoy golf and most sports and activities.
6 minutes walk to queen's park station, 20-30 minutes to Maida Vale and little Venice/ Paddington.
Lots of amenities around this quiet street. Out door bike storage, street parking available as well.
The flat is 2 bedrooms, large open plan kitchen and living room. Newly refurbished. We have a south facing terrace that's very quiet and the perfect sun trap.
The bedroom is a double room, with double bed, lots of storage, full length mirror. The room is really nice. My photos don't do it justice.
