The flat would suit like-minded, tidy professionals or students, since this is not a party flat and we expect it to be cared for as if it were your own (shoes off policy, no smoking inside). Our neighbours in both Flat A and B are lovely and we are looking for friendly tenants to join the household of two lovely girls.

The flat boasts high ceilings with constant light flowing in from both the open plan kitchen/lounge and the large window in the hall. The kitchen and lounge has a social yet relaxing vibe.

-£1,100 per month
-Double bedroom at the back of flat

🌍 The Area:

The building is located in the middle of the street and up takes you to the vibrant Queens Park with Bakerloo Line less than 10 minutes walk away. Down the street you can take the bus to Victoria (6) or to Chelsea (328) or enjoy a stroll over to Portobello Road (30 mins walk). Little Venice isn’t far with both the canal and Paddington taking you into the city. It also has the new Elizabeth Line, taking you to Heathrow in less than an hour.

We ask to write a brief description of yourself (age, profession, when you’re looking to move etc). You will pay one month rent (depending on move in time of the month) and one month deposit.
