Whole 2 bedroom flat available for July

I’m currently moving to brazil and needed someone to move into my place for a while. although i’m currently looking for a roommate to move in June. Once i leave for Brazil, my room will be rented out to someone else but you’re definitely welcome to stay. I need someone to take the smaller bedroom at the moment.

it’s a stunning 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and garden house.
it is furnished however if u need to buy more stuff to put in here that’s perfectly fine.

the house is right in W9, Maida vale and is walking distance to notting hill & portobello.
closest station is westbourne park & multiple buses stop right outside the house: 31,328,228 &36

bills are partly included however, wifi.. electric & water needs to be paid for. should come up to a total of £150/200 or maybe less. i will need to confirm and get back to you on it.

was hoping for a couple with a friend to move in or if a couple is happy to move in while i rent out the other room that also works.
also more than happy to rent both rooms to individuals.
unless your happy to pay the full rent and have a spare room that u do with it what u please i’m also fine with that
