Hello! We are seeking a fourth Flatmate to replace myself as I will be leaving for my masters.
The tenancy would begin around 19th September this year (2024) until June next year.
There is a shared kitchen, one shared bathroom and one additional shared toilet only, there is a rooftop where we sometimes have dinner together (not suitable for multiple people/ parties as is unsafe)
We are ideally seeking a female, house is all aged 25 with one masters student and two professionals.
Must be kind, friendly, clean and easygoing.
No drugs, no smoking, no pets.
