Looking for a new housemate in late Sept

Our dear friend/flat mate is flying the nest so…
We've got a double room from late September just 10 mins walk from Queens Park Station (Bakerloo Lime and Overground) and 15 mins walk from Westbourne Park (Circle Line & Hammersmith&C) - Paddington/Euston/Baker Street/King Cross/Hammersmith within 10 mins reach on tube. The flat is also well connected by buses and 10 mins bike ride to Brondesbury Park Station, Kilburn, Notting Hill and Little Venice.

Our flat is a 3-bed maisonette with a living room, a shared kitchen, 1 bathroom & 2 toilets. The room we are renting out is on the first floor with a double bed, drawer and built in wardrobe. The living room is furnished and kitchen is equipped.

It’s £945 + bills (which usually come around £80-£200pp depends on the season), it’s available from late September and our contract ends the coming May.

You'll be living with Coby (26, F) and Cyrus (27, M).
All young professionals, so looking for someone around the same age (mid-20s to 30s).
We all get on really well, but also have have our space. It's a nice, serene, laid-back household and it would be great to keep it that way with a housemate that match the vibe. We're looking for someone who's clean, considerate.
