Lovely Room in a Garden flat in QP, Mon - Fri only

A double room has become available in my lovely 3 bed flat.

Bedroom - small double bed, wardrobe (shelving within) and desk.
Bathroom - This is the second bathroom in the flat and will primarily be used exclusively by you. I have my own en suite in my bedroom. This has a bath/shower, toilet, heated towel rail and small storage unit.
Communal space - Living room with Sky TV and various other streaming channels. Breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room with washer, dryer and second fridge. Garden and courtyard are accessible from the living room and kitchen via separate doors.

You will only be sharing with me, I work in central London in finance and WFH 1 or 2 days a week so this wouldn't be suitable for someone that WFH during the week. I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared communal space. I enjoy cooking (not a vegan or veggie, but don't mind those that are) and most of my entertaining takes place on the weekend but there are occasionally friends who pop in for a glass of wine in the garden.

The transport links around are excellent, Queen's Park is on both the overground and underground and there are two other tube stations within a 15/20 mins walk. Queens Park High Street is fabulous for its selection of bars and restaurants and Portobello Road and Notting Hill are within a 25 mins walk.

The flat is bright and airy and beautifully renovated within the last 4 years.
