I am currently on the lookout for someone to take over my current tenancy from October, as I am moving in with my partner. I can be relatively flexible on dates but ideally early in the month to allow less crossover. The lease expires 24th June 2025 and will be available for renewal after this time should you wish to extend. The landlord wants someone who can commit for the entirety of this term.
The apartment is beautiful and located very conveniently a short walk from Queens Park station and loads of great amenities. The property comprises two bedrooms, a modern open plan kitchen / diner / living room and a shower room which is shared between the two flat mates.
My room is technically unfurnished but I am looking to sell most items (bed, mattress, desk) for a good price so this can be discussed if you are interested and want to meet me for a viewing!
My current flat mate is a professional single female and I am looking for someone likeminded to take my place in the household. She is so lovely and respectful so I am keen to find someone she is happy to live with! The new tenant should be a professional person who will meet the agents affordability criteria and pass referencing. They should also have a right to rent in the UK.
The holding deposit is £1,269.23 and bills circa £100 per month.
I have very much enjoyed my time living here and hope to find someone who can make the apartment their home 😊
