Cozy Room Available in Queen's Park – Looking for a New Flatmate!

Sadly, our flatmate is leaving our lovely flat in Queen’s Park, and we’re looking for someone to replace her and make this place their home. 🌿

- 7 min walk to Queen's Park station (Bakerloo Line)
- 15 min to Westbourne Park station (Circle line)
- The room is 9 sqm– small but cozy and recently refurbished (1.5 years ago).
- Bright shared spaces: The living room is spacious with new sofas (bought this summer), and the kitchen gets plenty of natural light.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just two people, friendly, respectful & easy-going. The bathroom is shared just with me.
