Double bedroom available in a lovely Queen’s Park area!

My current flatmate is leaving our flat to move in with her boyfriend and the room will be ready from 19th November.

10 min walk from the tube, 5 min walk from the bus stop.
There are plenty of cute little shops and cafes nearby, as well as Queen’s park itself. Mark&Spencer and Sainsbury’s are also within walking distance.

You will be sharing the flat with me, young working professional. I’m in my late-twenties and enjoy watching movies, being active and having brunches out. I moved to London a year ago after finishing my master’s, and I really enjoy the flat and the area.
I would describe myself as an extroverted introvert, so I can be sociable but also respect others and their space and need some alone time.

I’m looking for a tidy female professional who is also in her twenties.

We have a very cozy common area with lots of natural light which we can use for dinners. There is also a lovely terrace at the back of the flat that’s great in the summer.

The rent is £910 per month + bills which usually comes to 100-150 (including council tax).

You’d be taking over from my flatmate on the current tenancy, which is up August 2025.
