About you
I am looking for someone who is clean, conscientious and respectful, but also is sociable and is keen to have the odd glass of wine/order food in, or explore Queens Park and the surrounding area. The room, whilst beautiful, doesn't have space for a desk, therefore this room best suits someone who works in an office/not WFH most of the time.
Cleaning
We have a cleaner that we trust, who comes weekly and this is included in the bills.
Rent
£1775 inclusive of all bills - council tax, gas, water, broadband, electric, ground rent, weekly cleaner.
