As I am moving out of my student studio flat on December 18th, I am looking for someone interested in the flat from either this date or in January.

The flat is rented through YPP but until you have been selected to move in I am the contact as the current renter and after all contact will be with YPP.

Amazing studio flat near Harrow Road with buses towards Euston and Victoria right outside the door and only 12 minutes walk to either Westbourne Park station or Royal Oak station serving the Hammersmith & City and Circle line. The flat has its own oven, microwave oven, washer/dryer, own bathroom as well as a television installed.

The building has free washing and drying facilities (if doing larger washing or more than one at a time) and bike storage.

The building is called Castello Court student accommodation if you wish to see the building itself.
