Double room available in Queen’s Park

We have a large double room available mid January in a 3 bedroom two-storey flat.

The room is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and an armchair.

The flat has a big kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The main bathroom has a large bath with waterfall shower, sink and toilet. There is also a second toilet in the property. We have a small living room with a large TV, sofa and bean bag. Our private garden is medium sized and has both grass and a patio area with benches.

The property is well-located within a 5-10 minute walk of Queen’s Park station which has links to both the Overground and Bakerloo line. Similarly, the property is a 10-15 minute walk from Westbourne Park station (Circle and Hammersmith and City lines). We are situated within easy access to several bus routes including some which are 24 hours (36, 187, 31, 328, 6 and 414).

Your flatmates are Ben and Alex, two professionals in their late 20s/early 30s. We enjoy spending time together, having a glass of wine or cocktails, movie nights, going out for drinks, food and music as well as having some privacy.

Ben is a mix of office and WFH and Alex shift works so our new housemate needs to be respectful when she is trying to sleep on some days/weekends after night shifts

We are looking for a professional who is similar age to us, to share our lovely house with. Ben has happily lived here for 4 years and Julia has lived here for almost a year.

Rent is £850 pcm excl. bills. Bills are approximately £120 pcm each – council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet, TV licence. Our landlord will request references and will require the deposit prior to move in date. The minimum stay is 12 months and then contract will roll monthly after that.

Our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so looking to fill her room! There is some flexibility on the moving date and we are looking to hold viewings on the evenings of 2nd and 5th December if you could message your preference
