A Double bedroom available in lovely Mews

Hi all,

After living in this lovely mews for more than 2 years, I will be moving out sadly, so I am looking to find someone who can take over my contract. Ideal moving date will be 13th December.

It is a double bedroom in a 4bed mews. The room is good sized (furnished) - comfortably fits a double bed, a massive built in wardrobe and a desk. The rent is £850 per month excluding bills, which comes at around ~£120 per month on top. The current contract runs until 24th August next year, but likely you would be able to extend (understand they have been renting out this flat more than 5 years). The property is managed by an agent, very responsive if anything needs to be fixed.

The flat consists of an open plan living room (we don’t have a desk in the living room anymore), 3 other bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 1 toilet and laundry room (some storage space) - quite spacious overall! You will be sharing a bathroom with Luis.

There are 3 other housemates, Giacomo, Luis and Ana (2 Spanish and 1 Italian), all super nice and sociable. Giacomo works from home most of the time whilst Luis goes to office almost every day and Ana has a hybrid setup! We have our own things going on but from time to time we hang out, host dinner or arrange flat activities.

*About you*
We are looking for a full-time working professional (i. e. not student), preferably between 25-35 in terms of age. Tidy and sociable person preferred.
