Your new home
You will have your own fully furnished and
centrally heated room. Each room has a TV
aerial socket and phone point. Each flat has
three, four or five bedrooms with a shared
kitchen and bathroom, and shared washing
machine and dryer facilities. WiFi (Cyberair)
and a TV licence are not included.
There is bicycle storage at Ashgrove Court and
Lockbridge Court, as well as limited car
parking for permit holders. Office hours are
8am-4pm with a colleague onsite regularly for
any queries. There is on-call security service
for any emergencies outside of office hours.

Ashgrove Court and Lockbridge Court are
within easy reach of local amenities and
shopping facilities. Westbourne Park and
Royal Oak tube stations are within
walking distance.
Harrow Road has a wide range of shops,
including many that stay open late and the
busy Portobello Road market is also close by.
