We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home from 1 November. The contract runs until April 2027 (but is flexible with 2 months’ notice if you need to move out earlier).

* Shared bathroom with me (Sabrina)
🏡 The Flat & Flatmates You’ll be living with me (work in the charity sector) and Charlotte (work in recruitment). We’re both full-time professionals with our own busy lives, but we enjoy catching up over dinner, a pint at Wolfpack, or a stroll in the underrated Queen’s Park (only 7 minutes away)!
🚇 Location
* 5-minute walk to Queen’s Park Station (Bakerloo + Lioness Overground)
* Close to QP High Street with local cafés, pubs, and green space nearby
🙋♀️Who We’re Looking For
* A full-time working woman, similar age (27–30)
* Clean, considerate, and looking to make this a cosy, peaceful home
* No students, couples, or pets
💷 Rent & Bills
* £900/month
* Bills: approx. £100–115/month
* + cleaner once a month
* One month’s deposit required
