Nice flat in Maida Hill (W9)

A nice, sunny double room is available in a 2 bed flat in Maida Hill. You will be sharing with me, an easy going prof. female in her 50s.

For the next few months, I will be travelling most of the time, so you will basically have the flat for yourself if we both feel comfortable with the arrangement. It will be also possible to rent the whole apartment for £1500 from December onwards.

The room is in the first floor and overlooks the back of the property, it has a double bed and a huge wardrobe for storage. The flat has a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, wooden flooring, wireless broadband, washing machine, central heating...

It is located 10 minutes walk from Portobello road. Paddington station and Notting Hill Gate are 10-15 min by bus. Westbourne Park tube station is 8 min walk.
Former flatmates worked at BBC, St Mary's hospital or Golborne Road. There are 2 big supermarkets across the street, and plenty of public transport.
