A big double bedroom is available in a lovely two-bedroom flat near Queen’s Park from December 1st!

10 minute walk to both Queen’s Park station (Bakerloo Line and Overground) and Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & City and Circle Lines). Bus routes nearby, including the 6, 36, 187, 228, and 328, making it easy to get around the city.

The flat is on the first floor and is in good condition throughout. It is furnished, bright, and comfortable, and we’ve done our best to make it a cosy and welcoming home.

The available room is a large double super bright with built-in wardrobes, a dresser, nightstands and lots of storage under the bed accessible from both sides. The bathroom is shared. Bills are not included in the rent and come to approximately £150 per person each month.

You will be sharing the space with me a 29-year-old Greek architect, UCL graduate, currently working full-time in London, where I’ve been based for the past two years. I love cooking, movies and reading. I work long hours outside the house and really value coming home to a peaceful, stress-free environment.

I’m looking for a working professional who shares similar values and appreciates a respectful, clean, and considerate living atmosphere — a calm and comfortable place to unwind after a busy day.
