Sublet Available in Beautiful Mews House

Hello! I am hoping to get away in February & March time next year (2026) so looking to sublet my room out for 2-3 months while I’m away.

I can be flexible around your dates from late January onwards, ideally wanting someone to move in early February for 2 months, but can definitely be flexible!

I live in a gorgeous, sociable and loving home in Maida Vale on a beautiful Mews street. We are a house of four creatives in our 20s and we are clean, tidy, respectful and really look out for one another. Our house feels like a home and we have a large open plan living space we all share. We are four in the house full time, with two bathrooms, washing machine & tumble dryer and a large communal area. The house is really well connected to central London, and surrounded by cafes, pubs and shops, and a walk away from Hyde Park, Notting Hill and other great areas.

My room is cozy and comfy. You would have a double bed, storage space and a dressing table in the room. Looking for someone super respectful, clean and tidy to look after my room and enjoy the magic of this house and our area for a couple of months! The room is £1100 per month including bills and a cleaner and we would ideally like the person to come and view and meet all the housemates before, but could consider references and video calls if coming from abroad.
