En-suite room available from March

Bright en-suite room with a cosy attic-style ceiling available from March. Rent is £1,300 per month, all bills included.

We have a cleaner every two weeks. The cost is £25.50 per person per month, not included in the bills.

The contract has a 6-month break clause.

The house is very bright and in a quiet, lovely area, just 7 minutes from Queen’s Park station and 15 minutes from Westbourne Park station.

There are plenty of supermarkets nearby (M&S, Zagros, Sainsbury’s, Savers, Co-op and Iceland), and it’s only a 10-minute walk to Paddington Rec and Queen’s Park.

About us
We are three friendly professionals sharing the flat:
• Anthony (32, French) – Engineer in the space industry. He loves cooking, making cocktails, travelling, music, watching movies and following handball.
• Adriana (30, Australian) – Paediatric occupational therapist. She enjoys doing sports, relaxing at home watching series or movies, and sometimes dancing and singing.
• Laura (33, Spanish) – Civil Engineer. She loves travelling, music, dancing, going for walks and discovering new places and people.

About you

We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going professional around our age who enjoys a relaxed and sociable home. Someone tidy and respectful, who’s happy to join occasional shared dinners or movie nights, but also values their own space. Most importantly, we’d love someone who fits in with the positive and harmonious vibe of the flat.
