A double room is available in a lovely two-bed flat. You’ll have your own private bathroom.(not suitable for couples.)

The flat has a spacious living room with a beautiful view over the canal, it’s a really peaceful spot to come home to.

I’m looking for a working professional who is kind, respectful, tidy and positive. Ideally someone who doesn’t work from home full-time and who would enjoy living in a central, well-connected part of London.

The is a well connected area close to Hyde Park, Little Venice canals, Portobello Road and Notting Hill markets, plus lots of great cafés, bakeries, pubs and restaurants.

Closets stations: Westbourne Park ,Royal Oak, Warwick Avenue, Maida Vale

As for me: I work as a solicitor. I’m quiet, friendly and respectful of privacy. I enjoy reading, sports, yoga and seeing friends. I’m always happy to chat or hang out, but also appreciate a bit of space.

Please note you need to stay for at least 1 year. The tenancy will be transferred to you, which means referencing and signing onto the contract. The current lease runs until 29 March 2026 and will then be renewed. The room is unfinished- bills around £200 per month.
