A double room is available in a lovely two-bed flat. You’ll have your own private bathroom.(not suitable for couples.)

The flat has a spacious living room with a beautiful balcony and view over the canal, it’s a really peaceful spot to come home to. Also, private communal garden!

My current flatmate is looking for a working professional who is kind, respectful, tidy and positive. Ideally someone who doesn’t work from home full-time and who would enjoy living in a central London.

The flat is in a well connected area close to Hyde Park, Little Venice canals, Portobello Road and Notting Hill markets, plus lots of great cafés, bakeries, pubs and restaurants.

Closets stations: Westbourne Park ,Royal Oak, Warwick Avenue, Maida Vale

A complimentary David Lloyd membership also comes with the flat (worth 200 pounds and completely free!). The gym has a massive SPA area and 2 min walk from the flat itself.

As for the current flatmate: A working professional(3 days in office ),quiet, friendly and respectful of privacy. enjoy reading, sports, yoga and seeing friends. happy to chat or hang out, but also appreciate a bit of space.

Please note you need to stay for at least 1 year. The tenancy will be transferred to you, which means referencing and signing onto the contract. The room is unfurnished (comes with the wardrobes in the pic) -bills around £200 per month.
