Currently living in the flat are two females (25) art freelancers, and one male (55) — the landlord.
It’s a peaceful, respectful household with a strong focus on cleanliness and comfortable shared living. We don’t host parties at all (maybe new year). we mostly spend our time working

✨ About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Works a regular schedule and is out most of the day (for example, from 8:00 to 6:00). You would be sharing one bathroom with just two other girls. The landlord has their own bathroom.

Is clean and considerate (very important)
Does not work from home (as others do)
Is 20-50+, responsible, and respectful
No smoking, drugs, or excessive alcohol, no cannabis . LGBT friendly
💸 Rent
£950 per month + bills (£50–80)
Or £1000 (without bills).
