Located between Queen’s Park and Maida Vale (West Kilburn W9) this is a bright, furnished, spacious maisonette across two floors in excellent condition. It features a large reception with hard flooring, a separate fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. It’s walking distance to Little Venice, Notting Hill, and the Bakerloo line (Queens Park) and Westbourne Grove (circle & h&c line). Plus, it’s Westminster Council (the cheapest tax in London!) and has a solid Energy Band C rating.

About Me:
I’m sociable, relaxed, and quite outgoing. I want this flat to feel like a genuine home, not just a place to sleep/ a place which is disrespected. My interests include fitness & yoga classes, exploring museums, vintage shopping, and long walks around London. I would usually say i go out 1–2 evenings a week, but I also appreciate night ins / working out.

What I’m Looking For:
I’m looking for a young female professional (ideally a hybrid worker) who is on the same wavelength. I’d love a flatmate who wants to be friends, grab a drink or a coffee, and potentially integrate friend groups, but who also values their own space. Open communication and respect for shared areas are a must for me, I'm very clean and would love a flatmate who feels the same way about keeping our home nice.
