The flat is located on the raised ground floor of a purpose-built block within a secure gated development. The building also has a lift, making access nice and easy.

The rooms and overall accommodation are fairly simple, but they’re clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed by the on-site building team — which is why the price is so competitive.

- Single bed & mattress (you’re welcome to bring your own double bed if preferred – just let us know)

This home is let under an Intermediate Market Rent scheme managed on behalf of a Registered Provider of Social Housing. While originally designed for NHS staff, eligibility has been extended to other professions. Under the transitional rules of the Renters’ Rights Act 2026, regulated social and intermediate housing schemes remain under the previous housing framework until October 2027. New tenancies for this scheme will therefore still be issued as Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) with a minimum 6-month term.
