Looking for a friendly housemate to move into a bright double room in our Queen’s Park house share.

Move in 14th October.
£895 rent + bills which come to around £115 (water, electricity, gas, wifi, council tax).
Deposit is £961.

Nearby stations:
* 5mins walk - Queens Park station (Bakerloo and Lioness line)
* 10mins walk - Westbourne Park (Circle/Hammersmith)
* 15/20mins walk - Brondesbury Park (Mildmay line)

The nearest shops are M&S and Sainsbury’s local (5min) and about a 20min walk to a big Sainsbury’s in Ladbroke Grove or Aldi in Kilburn.

Currently living here are friends Jon (27, works for a record label) and Tasha (23, works in beauty marketing), we’ve been at the flat for almost two years and absolutely love the space and Queens Park in general. We’ll give you all the good recs! We are also a straight/queer household and are keen on making the space comfortable and cosy for everyone.
