Hi I've got a large double room to rent it's a 5 minute walk from kings cross or Russell Square tube stations a 15 minute walk from Euston station Its Is walkable to the city of London west end soho Southbank Camden and very close to the universities.

This room isn't available in the winter time this year but if your just looking for a short term room till you find somewhere longer term this year do get in touch i will be renting for a short let this year till winter .

Then next year it'll be available from march for a longer term let.

It's sharing the apartment only with me I'm easy to live with considerate quiet and respectful.

You only have to give me 28 days notice to vacate the property on rent day to leave so your not paying rent if you need to leave quickly.

The room has 2 3 seater sofas 2 wardrobes and double bed with 2 under bed drawers so plenty of storage space.

No anonymous flat mates its sharing only with me im polite respectful quiet and considerate.
