I have a large 2 bedroom flat available to rent from early June. The apartment is in a period property and is totally self contained with its own entrance and staircase.

There is plenty of storage space throughout.

The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery , a dishwasher and a microwave . There is also a separate washing machine and dryer.

Most of the walls are painted white and there is wooden flooring throughout.

Great Percy street is half way between Kings Cross and Angel stations. It is a short walk to the City (20 min) or to the West End (20 min) and there are also lots of bus stops close by to get to both. It is also very close to Clerkenwell and Exmouth Market
The street is tree lined.

I own the property and am a private landlord, not connected to an agency . Ideally I would like a long let and the rent advertised is for a long let but if you are looking for a short let either message or call me and I will let you know the rates for a short let.
