We have 3 spacious rooms near Chancery Lane Station. The building is modern, secure and well maintained.

The rooms benefit from double glazed windows, dining table, brand new bathroom, brand new kitchen - there is no lounge.
The building is well clean and you will further benefit from:
- Exclusive access to your room
- Weekly Cleaning
- Wifi
- All bills included (extra £40.00 per month, council tax, gas, electricity and water)

We can carry out the vieiwngs via skype or in person, the moving in date can be negotiated within reason.

There is no lounge, however if anyone is willing to pay 35% above the asking price, We will then maintain the lounge and not use it as a bedroom.
